Alibaba Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence division of Alibaba Group, has been named a 'Leader' in The Forrester Wave™: AI Infrastructure Solutions, Q4 2025. This distinction validates its constant leadership in cloud infrastructure innovation and its ability to anticipate future market demands for artificial intelligence.
In the evaluation conducted by Forrester, Alibaba Cloud was positioned as one of the top five leaders among 13 global providers analyzed. The technology platform achieved the maximum possible score (5.00) in seven of the 13 key criteria for the current offering category, excelling in critical areas such as configuration, data management, fault tolerance, operations, and deployment location.
Clients consulted for the study particularly highlighted the performance, scalability, and strong pace of innovation in open source, as well as the excellence in customer service. Alibaba Cloud's leadership position is the result of its comprehensive 'AI + Cloud' strategy.
